We were so fortunate to have found Matt Sitzberger when we were looking to buy our home.

As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Matt was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Matt was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. Every single home Matt showed us he was very thorough in looking for and finding issues with the home and addressing them. He treated each home as if he himself were to be the potential buyer. If and when we decide to sell our home in the future we will definitely look to Matt as our listing agent to not only sell our home but to also find us our new home. Matt is personable, prompt, professional and very knowledgeable in his field. We would recommend him to anyone. Not only did we gain a great home buying experience through Matt but we feel we also gained a friend!!!

"After inquiring about several home listings over the internet, I began receiving phone calls and emails from many different realtors. Matt was one of them and after going out and looking at several homes with him, I made the decision to work with him exclusively. He listened very well and seemed to have a good feel for what I was looking for. We looked at homes on several occasions and he was always good at accommodating my time schedule. After finally finding a home which I decided to make an offer on, Matt suggested we look at a couple more. I was glad he did because it was one of those homes which I wound up buying. Matt acted as my partner during price negotiations which turned out very favorably for me. After my offer was accepted, I ran into some problems with financing. There were some issues with the development and it was a challenge to get financing. Matt was instrumental in taking care of many of the details that needed attention to during the process. His calm demeanor, professionalism, and sense of humor when the going got tough carried me through this home buying experience. I would not hesitate for one second to recommend Matt Sitzberger to anyone who is searching to buy a home."

"Matt is a great agent. I was a new home buyer still living at my parents house. The process of buying a new home and moving out for the first time was overwhelming and something I was entirely unfamiliar with. Matt did a great job making me feel comforatble and showing me various places that were within my budget and fit the criteria I was looking for. He did not pressure me into anything and gave me time and space to look at each place on my own without crowding over me like a sales person. He's a genuine realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a honest, knowledgable and good realtor to work with."

"Matt was terrific throughout our entire home search and buying process. Not only was he very knowledgeable regarding the neighborhoods/towns we were searching, he was always more than willing to listen to our needs and concerns. What was also impressive was his openness to our time/schedules in terms of seeing/walking through prospective homes -- he always made himself available for whatever house we wanted to see and at times that worked for us. After about a month of searching many homes, we finally found our perfect home and Matt was always on top of all paperwork in regards to placing our accepted offer and all other subsequent documents. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to purchase a home!"

"I did not know Matt before going into the home buying process I just saw a place I liked and clicked on the button saying I wanted to walk-through the place. Matt contacted me and showed me around, super nice guy very professional. He helped me through the whole process, this was my first time buying so I felt in over my head. The guy even answered his phone while he was moving his kid into their college dorm, sorry by the way on that one Matt. All that being said hes a great guy, a great realtor and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy."

"My husband and I could not have gotten any luckier to find Matt. We both had different ideas of a house. Matt was very helpful and worked hard to find what we were looking for. Matt was very patient with us. I’d say we were difficult simply because we were looking in different counties and had no idea what we wanted when we started our search. I’ve worked with other realtors and none of them were as sincere and understanding as Matt. We defiantly recommend."

"Matt had to be the most patient realtor out there. Over 6 months looking with a very lean budget. We looked at so many houses that I was ready to give up.
